The briefing "The right to say no", which we co-published with the Council of Canadians and the Transnational Institute, inspired an exclusive story in Euractiv on how European bans on hydraulic fracturing - or fracking - for shale gas could face lawsuits under a far-reaching investment clause in a draft Canada-EU Trade Agreement treaty.

In the Canadian local "The Independent", activist Marilyn Reid published a hard-hitting comment piece on the role of trade and investment agreements in today's world of corporate power. She quotes at length from our study "Profiting from Injustice" and calls it an "eye-opener".

The April EU newsletter of the Austrian Chamber of Labour contains a 5-pages summary of the results from our study on the role of the arbitration industry.
