"Mr Dethomas was in a very senior role, leading the EU's relationship with countries such as Russia and Georgia. It is no surprise that he was then snapped up by G+ with its clients in that part of the world. It is highly disappointing that the Commission did not put a two year cooling off period, or ban, on the acceptance of this role".
